There are two options:-

DIAL IN CONFERENCE

0844 545 1631 5p per min

The person organising the conference distributes the access number 0844 545 1631 to all their invitees, along with a unique 6 digit PIN [ Room number] ( Made up by the orginiser) and a conference time. There is no need to book the conference service. At the alloted time, each person dials 0844 545 1631 enter the PIN and is added to the conference. Each persons name is announced when they join and leave the room.

After the orginiser has told you the number to dial 0844 545 1631, the room number and the time to dial

1, DIAL 0844 545 1631

2, ENTER THE ROOM NUMBER THEN ENTER #

3, SPEAK YOUR NAME THEN ENTER #

4, YOU WILL BE TOLD THE NAMES OF THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ROOM AND WHO LEAVES.

IF THERE IS NOBODY IN THE ROOM YET THEN SIMPLY WAIT FOR THEM TO JOIN.

 

 

DIAL OUT CONFERENCE FOR UP TO THREE PARTIES

For occasions when you need to have a conference immediately, this service enables the conference initiator to dial the 08719191631 access number then dial a further two parties and conference all the parties together.

2, ENTER A ROOM NUMBER (SIX DIGIT PIN YOU MAKE UP YOURSELF)

3, PRESS 1 THEN DIAL ANOTHER PARTY YOU WISH TO JOIN THE CONFERENCE FOLLOWED BY #

4, WAIT FOR THE PERSON TO ANSWER THEN PRESS #

5, REPEAT STEP 3 TO INVITE A THIRD PARTY

YOU ARE NOW ALL CONNECTED AND CAN SPEAK TOGETHER.
